Cavaliere Nero – sculpture

Cavaliere Nero, by the artist Susy Zappa, is a sculpture-lamp belonging to the collection “Fari nella notte” (“Headlights in the night”).
A collection born from the desire to revive old pieces of cars in which it is still possible to tell their story, their lived, where the rust is able to recall to what has been their past life, the roads they have traveled and the landscapes they have seen.
Starting from a simple radiator, a steering wheel or a fender, she is able to create real artistic lamps, where old bits of cars become the real undisputed protagonists. It is thanks to their uniqueness that give value to this unique and timeless design object.
