Boho – square-based vase

Boho, from the Limited Edition aluminium collection by Maòli, is a square-based vase, suitable as a centrepiece and as a container for any object. Its minimal and natural design makes it suitable to be placed in any context.

Maòli’s aluminium is obtained using all the waste coming to Madagascar from all over the world. It is all firstly tempered and then cast in the sand with the method that was used in Europe about forty years ago, called Staffa Matta. At the end of the production cycle, the pieces are brushed and polished until they reach the characteristic silver color that makes Maòli’s aluminium so special. This is a technique where the human effort is still absolutely protagonist.
