L’americano – painting

An insatiable search is what the artist Michele Tombolini reworks every day based on what happens around him, determining a hard but current artistic language.
The art movement in which it is identified is the social Pop-Art.
Tombolini, in fact, returns to recount the problems of contemporary society by pointing the finger at modern Taylorism, where alienation and work recur in new forms, often digital, but which give life to a surely disturbing inner stress. His last works are in fact a representation of the greed of mankind and its insatiable desire for money.
A sense of restlessness is also perceived, a sign that greed is always followed by unhappiness and constant dissatisfaction.
