Kokkodè, by Andrea Santarossa and Valerio Mistura, is a chair made of cold polyurethane foam injection. The chair encourages correct posture. A counterweight enables at Kokkodè to gain its vertical position. Ergonomics is not a democratic science. Designs are planned in compliance with the average human proportions, therefore people whose height is different from the average have found the seats uncomfortable. The aim of this research is to create a seat that adapts to different human postural needs.
